Come in for a quick tour and conversation. We’ll learn about your goals, past injuries, training experience, and answer any questions.

Foundations Program

This 4-session onboarding is where your training journey begins. You’ll learn the core movements, get familiar with our space, and start building confidence. It’s personalized, low-pressure, and completely guided.

Custom Semi-Private Training

After Foundations, you’ll move into your personalized training program—designed around your goals, schedule, and fitness level. You’ll train alongside others but follow your own plan, with coaches supporting you every step of the way.

Ongoing Progress + Support

You’ll have regular check-ins, access to our recovery tools (cold plunge + sauna), and app-based support to stay accountable, track your progress, and keep moving forward.

Our Training Model

Every P24 client receives an individualized training program.

We utilize a variety of training methods to build a program that fits YOU. We consider your training goals, your training history, your injuries, and your current capacities.

Our Scheduling Model

We understand that life is busy and we intentionally built our training model to be flexible for YOUR schedule.

We have an in-house Perform24 App that you can find on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The P24 App serves as our scheduling platform.

Some of our clients are very routine with their training. We expect them at the same time on the same days every week.

Other clients are all over the board as they navigate work travel, vacations, and family activities.

Because we do not run classes or offer open gym, you don’t have to worry about the after-work rush or equipment conflicts.

Our Billing Model

All of our billing is run on a monthly cycle. Your monthly price is determined by your training frequency. 

Additionally, due to our model, we’re able to offer true individualized training with a convenient scheduling App at a more competitive price per session than a traditional 1-on-1 personal trainer.

FAQS

  • We design the training sessions to be completed within an hour. Some of our clients will work quickly and complete the session in less than 60 minutes. However, our goal is to get you in, get to work, and get you back out to the rest of your day.

  • No. All of our training memberships are month-to-month. Membership frequency can be increased or decreased and they can be paused or canceled with a reasonable amount of heads-up.

  • No. All of our billing is done on a monthly cycle.

  • We don’t use the term “roll-over,” but we do have a system for working around vacation, work trips, and scheduled time away. Typically, we try to front-load or back-load the weeks around the time off.

  • We understand that life gets busy. If you need to freeze or cancel your membership for any reason just shoot us an email 7 days before the freeze or cancel date and we'll take of it. You won't be charged any fees.

  • No! At Perform24, each client follows a personalized training program tailored to their specific goals and needs. Training alongside up to three other clients during the same session not only enhances motivation but also fosters a strong sense of community.

  • After completing Foundations, you select a training frequency that fits your schedule, with options ranging from 1 to 3 times per week or unlimited sessions. Unlike traditional personal training, which can cost over $100 per session, our sessions are available at a much more affordable rate.

  • No. Our memberships are designed around frequency. You can choose to attend 1 to 3 times per week, or opt for unlimited sessions.

  • After completing Foundations, the cost per session will depend on your chosen frequency. Unlike traditional personal training sessions, which can exceed $100 per session, our sessions can start at up to 60% less than traditional 1 to 1 training.
