Our Training Methodology comes from the world of athletic performance.
While athletes need to be strong, explosive, and well conditioned, they
need to be healthy. Injured athletes can’t compete.
There is a functional physical baseline that must be addressed.

How It Works.

Start by scheduling a free in person consultation. During this 30 minutes we’ll learn more about you, your goals, history, and motivations. This is a conversation-only session—no workouts required.Start with Foundations.
Most adults start with Foundations, our 4 session intro program. Foundations introduces you to Perform24 and our training style. We also learn your physical baselines, including an InBody scan and movement quality.

Following your 4 Foundations sessions, we choose your training frequency. We then take the information we learned in Foundations and build a program just for you based on your goals, injury history and more.

Seeing real progress starts with measuring what matters. We use our InBody Scan to gather data on body composition, giving us a clear picture of your starting point and progress over time. By regularly measuring key metrics, we ensure your training program evolves with you—helping you stay on track and see real, measurable results.

The Perform24 Mission.
Each bar in our logo represents one Priority of life: Physical, Personal, Professional, Psychological, and Purpose. These bars are designed to look like the sliders on an audio equalizer; we are the DJs, adjusting each slider to help us succeed in each area of life.
We get 24 hours each day to build the type of life we want to have. How we adjust these sliders determines which areas of life we’ll triumph in. Each and every one of us will have these Priorities (sliders) “turned up,” or “turned down,” to our own unique levels. Our stage of life, micro circumstances, and macro goals will all influence our current levels of sliders.
There is only one life Priority that we have full control over: the Physical.
At Perform24, we help you own your Physical Priority to get your body clicking on all cylinders.
As we intentionally put effort into what we can control, we believe we can be more prepared, insulated, and capable of moving the needle in our respective arenas.
Physical.
All the factors that contribute to your health. How you train, how you eat. This is the only truly controllable Priority.
Personal.
Your relationships and how you spend personal time. Friends, family, and hobbies fall under your Personal Priority.
Professional.
Your current job (or school) and all the factors that influence your overall career arc are the variables that culminate in your Professional Priority.
Psychological.
How you are taking care of your mind. How are you resting or reflecting? What are you learning, exploring, or creating?
Purpose.
Your Purpose is the culmination of all the previous four priorities. To go back to our DJ analogy, if a DJ has all his “sliders,” balanced, the resulting sound will be clear and beautiful. The same is true for our Priorities. Our Physical, Personal, Professional, and Psychological lives should all be balanced to drive our overall Purpose forward.
