We track weight room progress and body composition progress. We use an InBody Scanner to track how your training is changing your body.

Choose your own training time in our App. No wasted sessions or lack of availability.

How Perform24 Works.

Start by scheduling a free in person consultation. During this 30 minutes we’ll learn more about you, your goals, history, and motivations. This is a conversation-only session—no workouts required.Start with Foundations.
Most adults start with Foundations, our 4 session intro program. Foundations introduces you to Perform24 and our training style. We also learn your physical baselines, including an InBody scan and movement quality.

Following your 4 Foundations sessions, we choose your training frequency. We then take the information we learned in Foundations and build a program just for you based on your goals, injury history and more.
