How to Organize Your 2021 Priorities

Honestly, I’m not a big “New Years Resolutions,” guy. In fact, this year I challenged people to replace the word “resolutions,” with the word “expectations.”

What are your 2021 expectations?

That being said, Perform24 was built on a concept that considers ALL of life’s priorities. Improvement in the gym is worthless if your life outside it isn’t also thriving. This is summed up in our mission statement:

“We train hard for 1 hour a day so you can spend the other 23 maximizing your profession, your personal life, and your overall purpose.”

Admittedly, early January is a timely opportunity to dive a little deeper in your goals, expectations, and overall objectives for your upcoming year. And, I’ve got some helpful things to share as you go through this process.

At Perform24, we use 5 Priorities as our reference points.

  1. Physical

  2. Personal

  3. Professional

  4. Psychological

  5. Purpose

One of my biggest goals with Perform24 is to teach people the relationship that these different Priorities have on one another. To be a well-rounded, high performing and fulfilled human, you’ve got to have some foundations identified in ALL these areas.

Over the years I’ve built some great tools to stimulate discussion with people on this topic. Athletes, corporate employees, husbands, wives, college students, and regular people that want the best for themselves have all gained value from this concept.

For the first time, I want to share a piece of these ideas online.

Essentially, this is a 2-Page Worksheet. This worksheet will help you organize, identify, outline, and possibly optimize the 5 Priorities I listed above.

I wish you the best in 2021! Train hard. Life full.
