Program Overview

This is a 6-week, habit-based nutrition coaching program designed to help you build sustainable routines around food, fueling, and lifestyle behaviors.

Our group nutrition program is designed to help you build better habits, improve consistency, and create progress you can sustain long-term.

Instead of focusing on extreme diets or complicated plans, we focus on simple weekly habits that fit into real life.

Inside the program, you’ll receive:

  • Weekly group coaching calls (Wednesday 12p)

  • One simple (but high impact) habit introduced each week

  • Real-life challenges you can apply immediately

  • Accountability check-ins (Every Monday)

  • Coaching support from Tommy

  • Three InBody body composition scans

  • Clear structure from start to finish

Important:
A baseline InBody scan is required during Week 1 so we can establish your starting point and track measurable progress. We will rescan at Week 4 and again at Week 6.

Meet Your Coach

This program is led by Coach Tommy Getenet, Perform24’s nutrition coach.

Tommy holds both a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and holds certifications in USA Track & Field Level 1 and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coaching.

His coaching philosophy centers on sustainability, consistency, and long-term progress — not short-term extremes. Tommy believes the most effective programs are not the most aggressive, but the ones people can actually stick to over time.

Inside this 6-week program, Tommy will guide weekly coaching calls, introduce structured habits, support participants through challenges, and provide accountability through consistent communication.

How the Program Works

This program follows a simple weekly structure designed to help you build consistent habits.

Wednesday Coaching Calls (12:00 PM)
Each Wednesday, Coach Tommy introduces the weekly habit and explains how to apply it in real-life situations.

Monday Group Check-Ins
Each Monday, participants check in as a group to review progress and prepare for the next week's focus.

Weekly Habit Challenges
Each week includes one clear habit designed to improve consistency and simplify nutrition.

Private Facebook Group Support
Participants are encouraged to share wins, progress, and lessons learned inside the private group.

Three InBody Body Composition Scans
Participants will complete three scans during the program to track measurable progress.

Baseline InBody Scan
Your initial scan can be completed any time during the first week.
